You can complete this form by filling in the boxes below and clicking on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form; it will automatically be emailed to the Committee Secretary who will contact you if necessary.

You must print the Rules of Entry and SWC Disclaimer Form, a link is also provided near the end of the form below. You must bring the SWC Disclaimer Form to the Committee Tent on Carnival Day; you will then be issued with your Boat Entry Plate Number which must be displayed on your boat.

It would be helpful if you could complete and submit your entry form at least one week before Water Carnival Day. Late entries must use the printed version of this form and will be accepted at the committee tent on the day no later than 2pm.

Boat Entry Number Plates must be returned to the Committee Tent after the Parade.

You will need both forms on the day. The SWC Disclaimer Form must be signed and handed in at the committee tent before you are issued with your Entry Number Plate.
